ABOUT BAGONG NAYON 1

HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL

 

It was in the year 1975-1976 when Bagong Nayon I Elementary School was constructed. It was located along the gently slopes of hilly Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City, about more or less one kilometer distance from Marcos Highway, year 1977 is a dream unfolding into reality with the help of some service organization, volunteered and cooperative parents, to campaign for enrolment of the said school, so that Bagong Nayon I Elementary School came to existence. The two (2) building constructed was composed of six (6) rooms with twelve (12) teachers under the leadership of Mrs. MatildeEnecio as principal. With the free education program launched by our City Government, the Bagong Nayon I Elementary School enrolment boom and considered as the biggest school in District I.
